Abstract
⺠We selected Choristoneura rosaceana, for resistance to two new insecticides. ⺠Significant resistance to each insecticide was observed after nine generations. ⺠Esterase activity was increased in the chlorantraniliprole-selected colony. ⺠The mixed-function oxidase levels were elevated in the spinetoram-selected colony.
