Abstract
⺠LC-TOF methods are often impeded by extraction or chromatographic difficulties. ⺠We describe a new method to analyze 23 nucleotides and cofactors from plants. ⺠SPE is required for reliable quantification, identification and ionization. ⺠This method is applied to NAD biosynthesis metabolism in Arabidopsis.
