Abstract
⺠SMR of different succession stages vary and are highest in Spartina alterniflora zone. ⺠Phragmites australis community zone has a higher organic carbon accumulation capability. ⺠Different soil microbial characteristic is the important reason for different SMR. ⺠Different waterlogging time and IN lead to different soil microbial characteristics. ⺠Special microbial species occur in S. alterniflora zone soil and strengthen SMR.
