Niche partitioning based on soil type and climate at the landscape scale in a community of plant-feeding nematodes

► Martinique has an impressive diversity of soil types and climates. ► We built and analyzed an extensive data set with abundance of nematode species. ► Climate, soil type and plantation age significantly affected species abundance. ► While some species shared the same niches, other showed clear niche partitioning. ► Abiotic factors structure plant-feeding nematode community at the island scale.
