Abstract
⺠A strong logarithmic relationship can be drawn between Chloroform Labile Carbon and soil dsDNA for tilled lands and grasslands. ⺠The contribution of fungal, bacterial and plant dsDNA to total dsDNA extracted from soil can be estimated by real time PCR using universal primers for each kingdom. ⺠Fungal dsDNA concentration is highly related to tillage.
