Abstract
⺠Microbial community composition changes rapidly in the first 15 days of decomposition of wheat straw. âºThe shift from a bacteria to a fungi-dominated community coincides with a depletion of water-soluble C. ⺠After depletion of the water-soluble compounds, the microbial community composition changes more slowly.
