Abstract
⺠Activation of Stat3 promotes Wilms tumor proliferation. ⺠Stat3 regulates miR-370 expression at the transcriptional level. ⺠miR-370 promotes the proliferation of Wilms tumor cells. ⺠MiR-370 down-regulates WTX by directly targeting the WTX 3â²-UTR.
