Abstract
⺠HBx increases the promoter activity and up-regulates the expression of CD46. ⺠HBx up-regulates the expression of CD46 via COX-2/PEG2/STAT3 signaling. ⺠HBx contributes to the resistance of cells to CDC through up-regulating CD46.
