Abstract
⺠MiR-214 reduces cell survival, induces apoptosis and enhances cisplatin-induced cytotoxicity. ⺠Bcl2l2 is a direct functional target gene of miR-214. ⺠MiR-214-induced apoptosis is related with Bax, caspase-9, caspase-8 and caspase-3. ⺠MiR-214 is regulated by DNA methylation and histone deacetylation.
