Abstract
► We performed bioinformatic analysis focusing on the relationships between splicing and discrete histone modifications. ► Several types of histone modifications were correlated with the exon inclusion/exclusion patterns. ► We also found global associations between cell-specific alternative splicing and histone modification profiles. ► Our results will provide new insight to the regulation of splicing via histone modifications.
