Abstract
⺠We performed bioinformatic analysis focusing on the relationships between splicing and discrete histone modifications. ⺠Several types of histone modifications were correlated with the exon inclusion/exclusion patterns. ⺠We also found global associations between cell-specific alternative splicing and histone modification profiles. ⺠Our results will provide new insight to the regulation of splicing via histone modifications.
