Abstract
⺠Successfully delivered FITC/FITC-Dextran (70, 250 kDa) into canola protoplasts. ⺠Microbubble-assisted delivery method has high delivery efficiency and cell viability. ⺠Pores observed on canola cell membrane and cell wall when treated with microbubbles. ⺠Biomaterials are diffused into the cells once pathway is created. ⺠Collisions between microbubbles and cells or the bursting of microbubbles form pores.
