Abstract
⺠Aggregation properties of an extensive set of Aβ peptide variants were determined. ⺠C-terminal elongation of Aβ increases aggregation propensity. ⺠Disease-related mutations of Aβ1-42 variously affect aggregation. ⺠p3 Peptides resulting from the non-amyloidogenic pathway aggregate profoundly. ⺠Biotinylation affects the aggregation of Aβ.
