Abstract
⺠Oct4 can directly interact with Cdk1 in vitro and in vivo. ⺠Cdk1 enhances the binding of Oct4 on trophectoderm marker, Cdx2 and promotes Cdx2 repression in mouse embryonic stem cells. ⺠The role of Cdk1 in regulating Oct4-mediated Cdx2 repression is independent of Cyclins and its kinase activity.
