Abstract
⺠Commercial Lys48-linked diubiquitin contains cyclic diubiquitin. ⺠Cyclic Lys48-linked diubiquitin is unable to bind to the ZnF-UBP of isopeptidase-T. ⺠Endogenous cyclic Lys48-linked diubiquitin is present in mammalian cells.
