Abstract
⺠Cullin1-based ubiquitin E3 ligase is required for the degradation of CCDC6. ⺠FBXW7 interacts with CCDC6. ⺠FBXW7 regulates the stability of CCDC6. ⺠FBXW7-mediated CCDC6 degradation is impaired in response to DNA damage. ⺠Phosphorylation of CCDC6 at Thr434 by ATM during DNA damage response prevents FBXW7-mediated CCDC6 degradation.
