Abstract
⺠MiR-101 directly targets SOX9 in HCC tissues. ⺠Ectopic expression of miR-101 inhibits HCC cell proliferation and tumorigenicity. ⺠MiR-101 downregulation may be associated with HCC progression and poor prognosis. ⺠Effects of SOX9 in HCC may be caused by the regulatory function of miR-101.
