Abstract
⺠WNT-3a is a novel upstream regulator of small GTPase activity in platelets. ⺠WNT-3a inhibits Rap1b-GTP levels by promoting Rap1GAP2 phosphorylation. ⺠Increased Cdc42 and Rac1-GTP levels correlate with altered platelet spreading. ⺠WNT-3a regulates RhoA activity by disrupting Dishevelled/Daam-1 binding.
