Abstract
⺠We got the crystal structure of Psy3-Csm2 complex at 1.8 Ã
resolution. ⺠We did SAXS experiments to get the profile of SHU-complex in solution. ⺠Our EMSA results showed that the whole SHU-complex preferentially binds to dsDNA. ⺠We proposed a model combining the crystal, SAXS and EMSA results.
