Abstract
⺠We show that PRDX3 is indeed a target for miR-23b. ⺠We find that miR-23b suppresses PRDX3 protein expression in human PCa cell lines under normal and hypoxic conditions. ⺠We find that the abnormal expression of miR-23b and PRDX3 may be associated with the aggressive progression of PCa patients. ⺠We confirm that the effects of PRDX3 in PCa progression may be caused by the regulation function of miR-23b.
