Abstract
⺠We investigate how Atg2 and Atg18 contribute to autophagosome formation. ⺠PAS-targeted Atg2 compensated for the loss of Atg18 in autophagosome formation. ⺠The efficiency of PAS targeting of Atg2 correlates with autophagic activity.
