Abstract
⺠We examined accumulation of OPDA containing galactolipids in Arabidopsis. ⺠Freeze-thawing caused massive accumulation. ⺠The lipid profile was examined. ⺠The biosynthesis pathway was examined by stable isotope labeling. ⺠OPDA containing lipids are produced without release of free fatty acids.
