Abstract
⺠C. sordellii lethal Toxin induces expression of the cell death-regulating GTPase RhoB. ⺠RhoB expression is based on tracscriptional activation and involves p38 MAP kinase. ⺠RhoB is rapidly degraded in a proteasome- and a caspase-dependent manner. ⺠RhoB suppresses caspase-3 activation in TcsL-treated cells.
