Abstract
⺠We find PROX1 directly binds to TWIST1 promoter to repress its transcription. ⺠PROX1 inhibits TWIST1-induced AKT2 to reduce cell migration and invasion. ⺠We provide a molecular basis by which PROX1 functions as a tumor suppressor.
