Abstract
⺠Nerve growth factor induces PAC1 gene expression in PC12 cells. ⺠SP1 site at â282/â273 has a key role for augmentation of PAC1 gene expression induced by NGF. ⺠U0126, an MEK inhibitor, or Mithramycin A, an SP1 inhibitor, attenuates the promoter activity of PAC1 gene in PC12 cells.
