Abstract
⺠Down-regulation of USP7 is a frequent event in colon cancer tissues. ⺠Negatively regulation of USP7 by IL-6 and STAT3 activation. ⺠STAT3 represses USP7 expression through recruitment of HDAC1. ⺠STAT3 activation decreases the P53 stability.
