Abstract
⺠Neuronal Mani is implicated in neuro-synaptic plasticity. ⺠Inhibition of neuronal Mani expression by siRNA enhances axonal growth. ⺠A Cdc27-Mani-APC-related signalling pathway might mediate axonal guidance.
