Abstract
⺠Rabaptin-5 interacts with the C-terminus of KV10.1 potassium channels. ⺠The interaction occurs at then endosomal membrane. ⺠Silencing of Rabaptin-5 alters channel trafficking to the plasma membrane and recycling. ⺠KV10.1 co-localizes, but does not physically interact, with Rab7 and Rab11.
