Abstract

âº The GH119 family is predicted to adopt a (Î²/Î±)7-barrel fold. âº Conserved sequence regions of the family GH57 are recognised in GH119. âº The GH119 family shares catalytic machinery with the family GH57. âº The families GH57 and GH119 may create a novel CAZy GH clan.
