Abstract
⺠p125/Sec23ip is a phospholipase A1-like protein that interacts with COPII subunits. ⺠We produced p125 knockout mice. ⺠The p125 knockout mice are subfertile. ⺠Sperm from p125-deficient mice lack the acrosome. ⺠The data suggest that p125 is involved in spermiogenesis.
