Abstract
⺠The Rho family GTPase Rac1 is involved in maintenance of glioma stem-like cells. ⺠Down-regulation of Rac1 suppressed stemness markers and malignancy of glioma cells. ⺠Also, decrease of Rac1 suppressed tumor formation in xenograft model. ⺠Inhibition of Rac1 sensitized glioma stem-like cells to radiation and etoposide.
