Abstract
⺠LRFN4 was expressed in a wide variety of human cancer and leukemia cell lines. ⺠LRFN4 expression in THP-1 cells was upregulated following PMA stimulation. ⺠LRFN4 expression in monocytes was upregulated following macrophage differentiation. ⺠LRFN4 signaling regulated transendothelial migration of monocytes/macrophages. ⺠LRFN4 signaling induces elongation of THP-1 via actin cytoskeleton reorganization.
