Abstract
⺠14-3-3 Interacts with LKB1 via recognizing phosphorylated Thr336 residue. ⺠14-3-3 Inhibits LKB1 phosphorylation of its substrates. ⺠14-3-3 Interferes with the interaction between LKB1 and its substrates. ⺠14-3-3 Attenuates LKB1-mediated G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. ⺠This regulation by 14-3-3 may provide a negative feedback control for LKB1 function.
