Abstract
⺠This study explore the functions of adhesion GPCR family members. ⺠Constitutive activities are detected from several members of adhesion GPCRs. ⺠Adhesion GPCRs are capable of signaling through coupling to a variety of G-proteins. ⺠This study provides a road map to deorphanize this GPCR subfamily.
