Abstract
⺠CD82 inhibits multiple steps of the metastatic process. ⺠CD82 suppresses metastasis by regulating partner protein trafficking and cell membrane dynamics. ⺠Transcriptional regulation of CD82 is altered in cancer cells. ⺠Post-translational regulation by the ubiquitin-proteasome system contributes to loss of CD82 in cancer cells.
