Abstract
⺠ARNT2 can affect HIF-1-regulated signaling and metabolism in MCF7 cells. ⺠Knockdown of ARNT2 expression inhibited VHL, HIF-1α and Glut-3 expression. ⺠Knockdown of ARNT2 expression induced SAG expression. ⺠Knockdown of ARNT2 expression impaired glycine synthesis and glucose metabolism.
