Abstract
⺠Blimp-1 undergoes SUMOylation with SUMO-1 on a non-canonical site. ⺠The SUMOylation of Blimp-1 is regulated by the SUMO protease SENP1. ⺠Attenuation of SENP1 activity promotes the degradation kinetics of Blimp-1. ⺠SENP1 can serve as a target for manipulating Blimp-1 levels.
