Abstract
⺠Sost down-regulation is stimulated by mechanical strain in osteoblastic cells. ⺠Sost/Osteocalcin regulation by strain in Saos2 osteoblastic cells requires Cox2. ⺠PGE2-mediated Sost regulation by strain in Saos2 cells requires EP4/ERK signaling. ⺠Osteocalcin regulation by strain in Saos2 cells requires EP2/PKC signaling.
