Abstract
⺠We identify four differentially expressed miRNAs between two premeiotic male germ cells. ⺠Ccnt2 serves as a novel target of miR-15a. ⺠miR-15a inhibits muscle differentiation at least in part by targeting Ccnt2. ⺠Ccnt2 and miR-15a are involved in early spermatogenesis.
