Abstract
► Many genetic risk factors for autoimmune diseases have been identified by GWAS. ► The genetic heterogeneity among different populations exists in some genetic risks. ► Many susceptibility loci are not yet to be identified. ► The large meta-analysis is important for detection of additional common causative variants. ► Large-scale resequencing will be necessary for detection of rare causative variants.
