Abstract
⺠The small heat shock protein AgsA forms fibrils in vitro. ⺠The morphology of AgsA fibrils changes with temperature. ⺠Cryo-electron tomography was used to quantitatively measure the length and the diameter of AgsA fibrils. ⺠AgsA fibrils possess potential chaperone-like activity within a certain range of temperature.
