Abstract
⺠The ligand-type specificity of MHC I proteins (P, L, N) cannot be distinguished on the sequence space. ⺠SVM and kNN classifiers predict the ligand-type specificity of MHC I proteins with great accuracy. ⺠The ligand-type specificity of various uncharacterized MHC Ib proteins has been predicted.
