Abstract
⺠The recombinant CYP701B1 protein was produced in Pichia yeast. ⺠The CYP701B1 was identified as Physcomitrella patensent-kaurene oxidase. ⺠The enzyme activity showed resistance to a P450 inhibitor uniconazole-P. ⺠This resistant property was not found in KOs of vascular plants such as Arabidopsis.
