Abstract

âº Arabidopsis plants lacking TFIIS are severely affected in seed dormancy. âº Transcript profiling revealed that expression of the dormancy QTL DOG1 is down-regulated in tfIIs mutant seeds. âº The reduced expression of DOG1 is likely involved in the seed dormancy phenotype of tfIIs plants.
