Abstract
► We isolated and identified endophytic fungi of P. virgatum. ► We found 31 different endophytic fungi of diverse ecology in P virgatum. ► Endophytic fungi had a range of effects on seedling growth. ► Endophytic fungi may impact P. virgatum productivity.
