Abstract
⺠Stem cell therapy is a promising therapy for acute myocardial infarction. ⺠The stromal vascular fraction of adipose tissue contains adipose derived stem cells. ⺠Injection of SVF-cells and cultured ASCs 7 days post-AMI reduced infarct size. ⺠Intravenous delivery of SVF cells is saver than cultured ASCs. ⺠Injection of SVF cells 1 day post AMI does not significantly reduce infarctsize.
