Abstract
⺠CCR1 is one of the few chemokine receptors highly expressed in ADSCs. ⺠Expression of OCT4, SOX2 and NANOG correlates with CCR1 expression in ADSCs. ⺠Expression of CCR1, SOX2, OCT4 and NANOG is elevated upon CCL5 signaling. ⺠CCL5 signaling stimulates NFκB transcriptional activity and migration of ADSCs. ⺠CCL5/CCR1 axis is biologically functional in ADSCs.
