Abstract
⺠BDNF increases KCNQ4 transcript level by 9-fold in stem cell-derived neurons. ⺠BDNF effects on KCNQ2, 3, and 5 were minor. ⺠NT-3 effects on KCNQ expression were minor. ⺠BDNF upregulation of KCNQ4 was confirmed and the protein level. ⺠BDNF affected passive electrical properties including reduced resting potential.
