Abstract
⺠In vitro maturation of human iPSCs offers an unlimited source of human HLCs. ⺠HLCs perform similar functions, but at a lower level than hepatocytes produced in vivo. ⺠Novel methods are needed to complete differentiation of iPSCs to hepatocytes.
