Abstract
⺠We analyzed 417 aneuploid blastocyst-stage embryos. ⺠Monosomies and trisomies exhibited similar risk of occurrence for any chromosome. ⺠Monosomies of autosomes cannot be recovered as embryonic stem cells. ⺠Only certain trisomies displayed high chance of survival.
