Abstract
⺠MKLP+ particles were observed in aggregations in the lumen of “early” rosette structures. ⺠MKLP+ particle aggregation is lost from the lumen of the rosettes, analogous to the developing neural tube ⺠MKLP+ particles are lost in “late” as opposed to “early” stage neuro--âepithelial rosettes ⺠Disrupting the polarity of early NE cells ablates lumenal MKLP+ particle aggregation ⺠hESC--ârosettes can model in vivo neurulation, such as the floor plate to neural tube transition
